For over 15 years we have found that some bookkeepers, tax experts and management accountants have wanted to offer their clients a holistic service but don't always have the time, software or expertise to do so. This service provides a simple way for these firms to meet their limited company and LLP clients' statutory obligations by having their year end accounts prepared and filed by an outsourced specialist. The accounts are prepared in your business's name so you maintain the client relationship and contact at all times.
Package requirements
In order to qualify for the fixed price year end accounts service, the bookkeeping records need to be prepared to Trial Balance stage, with all Balance Sheet items reconciled. This service is aimed at small and medium sized companies within the limits for audit exemption. We will ask for you to complete a questionnaire and for a number of reports from your accountancy software. We will correct minor errors and contact you with any queries in order to accurately complete the accounts.
Next steps
For an additional hourly fee we may be able to undertake reconciliation of unreconciled balance sheet items or direct you to our direct client service partner if necessary.
Each job is reviewed by a fully qualified Chartered or Certified Accountant and following approval by the client, will be filed electronically for you at Companies House and HMRC.
